01
Overview
From concept to completion, we turned a derelict event space into Acres — a vibrant multi-use venue.
From branding and sales processes to web design and development, our work made Acres a physical space welcoming a range of events — and a digital staple, dominating local search results.
02
The task & the diagnosis
The task
A physical venue that needed to become a findable, credible brand — to filming studios, location managers, and the community.
The diagnosis
The space existed; the brand and digital presence didn't. It needed building from the ground up.
03
Our work
Brand, website and ongoing marketing and comms — positioning
Acres across the use-cases that matter.
01
Film & studio
A findable, professional location for filming studios and location managers.
02
Non-party events
A flexible space for community and commercial gatherings.
03
Nine nights & funerals
Handled with dignity and care, for the community it serves.
04
What we did
A
Logo & brand
The identity system — logo, wordmark, palette and type — built to read as credible across film, events and community.
Text reading Multi-Purpose Event Space ACRES over illustration of stylized green trees.
The word AGRES displayed in white block letters stacked horizontally on a black background.
B
Photography
A photography library capturing the space across its use-cases — from empty studio to full event.
Musician in a hat performing on stage in front of a large crowd in a two-level venue.
Empty indoor stage lit with colorful purple and blue lights, flanked by speakers and potted plants.
Man in traditional attire pouring tea from a silver teapot into yellow cups on a counter.
Crowd of excited people, many in red, watching an event indoors with international flags overhead.
B
Content
Ongoing social and marketing content keeping Acres visible, current and booked.
B
UI/UX Design & Build
The website — designed and built to turn local searches into enquiries and bookings across every use-case.
Website UI with event venue details, upcoming events, versatile spaces, and event gallery photos.
05
The Outcome
A give-back that put the ACCC's
space to work — and local
businesses in their best light.
Local owners walked away with professional headshots to use, and the ACCC gained a set of stories and portraits to share online through Black History Month and beyond.
