AI VISIBILITY AUDIT

Find out how your place shows up in AI search.

People are asking assistants where to eat, train and go out. We check whether the information about your place is clear enough to be found and understood.

01 / THE AUDIT

Your venue is being described by something that has never been inside it.

An assistant cannot experience the room. It works with information it can retrieve: your website, structured records, listings and other sources.

When a menu exists only as an image, opening hours disagree or a booking route depends on a widget, the answer may be incomplete. It may also be wrong.

The audit checks those information foundations. It shows what is available, what is missing and what deserves attention.

02 / THE AUDIT

Five conditions. One score.

  1. Structured records

Whether your name, location and opening hours are available as clear, consistent, machine-readable facts.

  2. Readable menus and timetables

Whether the things you offer can be extracted as text, with useful names, prices and details.

  3. Machine-readable booking

Whether a clear booking route exists, and where scripts or third-party widgets obscure the next step.

  4. Corroborated presence

Whether independent listings and coverage agree with your own record of your place and its offer.

  5. Retrievable content

Whether your own words are available as page text, with meaningful headings and usable internal links.

04 / THE AUDIT

We checked a London neighbourhood.

Our W11 research preview examines the information behind 100 local venues. It separates menus, opening hours, booking routes and structured records.

Human verification remains outstanding. The research does not measure actual assistant recommendations, bookings or revenue.

Verified proof figures: to be confirmed.

05 / THE AUDIT

What this won’t do.

It cannot guarantee a recommendation, ranking or booking.

Assistants can still give incomplete, outdated or inconsistent answers.

Improving how your site can be read does not control the answer an assistant gives.

06 / THE AUDIT

Fixed price. No retainer required.

£500

One audit, prioritised recommendations and a 30-minute walkthrough.

Turnaround: to be confirmed.

No pitch. We’ll run the audit, show you what we find, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth fixing.

07 / THE AUDIT

A few questions.

Which assistants do you test against?

The test set is to be confirmed before booking. The audit separates website readability checks from any direct assistant tests, and names the tools used in the report.

Do I need to change my website?

The report identifies changes worth considering. Some may be small content fixes; others may involve the website or booking system. You can decide what to act on.

How long does it take?

Turnaround: to be confirmed. We will agree the delivery date before the audit begins.

What if my site was built by someone else?

That is fine. The audit can assess the public website. You can pass the findings to your existing developer or ask us about implementation.

Do you fix what you find?

The £500 audit covers the assessment, prioritised recommendations and a 30-minute walkthrough. Any implementation work is scoped separately.

What if I have more than one site?

Tell us how many locations you operate. Each location needs its own records checked; we will agree the scope and pricing before starting.
