Space, place, experience.
Three words we use deliberately. They aren't interchangeable, and neither is the work.

A space
A room before it becomes anything. Hired by the hour, filled by somebody else's occasion.
A space doesn't need a personality. It needs to prove it can hold the thing.

A place
Somewhere with a name people say out loud. It runs on people coming back without being asked.
Which makes the feeling of it the entire product.

An experience
It happens, then it's over. Everything sits before the date.
And everything after it exists to sell the next one.

Most of the people we work with are running more than one of these at once. That's usually where it gets interesting.
