Red Hills Lab
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Red Hills Lab is a London studio for brand, web and marketing. This policy explains what personal information we collect through redhillslab.com, why, and what you can do about it.
The company responsible for your information is Red Hills Lab Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14255112, registered office 1 Roseneath Avenue, Leicester, LE4 7GS.
Questions, requests or complaints about your information: hello@redhillslab.com.
When you send us an enquiry: your name, email address, business name, the service you're interested in and what you tell us about your project.
When you sign up for one of our free guides: your first name and email address, and whether you ticked the box to get our tips by email.
When you use our website: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, roughly where you are, and your device and browser. We also record which parts of our guides people use (for example, when a job is marked as tried or a prompt is copied). This isn't linked to your name or email.
Stored only in your browser: your progress through a guide (the steps you tick) is kept on your own device so it's there when you come back. It isn't sent to us.
We don't collect sensitive information, and we ask you not to include it in your messages.
